attention and care also serve to produce wealth for ourselves and those we care about.
Finally we will help the participants design practices that will allow them to manage both their money on a pragmatic level and their mood about money on a more transcendent level.
We will be involved in dyadic and small group conversations in an effort to reveal how our current practices produce the lives we have, as contrasted to the lives we want. We will use solitary and interactive somatic exercises in order to engage the sensibilities of our bodies as an important resource for self knowledge.
We will also be using writing and artistic exercises to uncover unexamined beliefs that we hold regarding money. In the end we hope to have the participants come away with new thinking about money, value exchange and how we act to produce meaning in our lives.
