From the north:

Take 101 South to Exit 193 – Spyglass Dr.  (Exit is also called Mattie Rd and Shell Beach Rd., which can be confusing.)

Exit off to the right.  Turn left onto Shell Beach Rd.  At this point you’ll be paralleling the freeway going south.

Turn right at the second stop sign, which is Vista Del Mar.

About 50 yards down the street, you’ll see a long driveway on the right.  (It can hard to see by parked cars, so look for it.)  There are short posts on each side of the driveway that say 132 and 134.

Turn into the driveway which looks as though it runs dead into the garage of a large house. My property can’t be seen until you’re about ½ way down the shared driveway.

Follow the driveway to the right and then park on the left side that has a Client Parking sign.

From the south:

It’s easiest to go to Exit 193 and follow the same directions as above.  If you want to through Shell Beach, do the following:

Take 101 North to the Shell Beach Rd. Exit.  Turn left off the exit and right onto Shell Beach Rd.

At the third stop sign, turn left onto Vista Del Mar.

 Follow the directions from above at that point.
